TSARSI’s leadership team is split between the U.S. and Vietnam<\/strong>, facing challenges such as geographical distance, cultural and language differences, and diverse leadership styles. Initially, the Senior Executive Board effectively navigated these obstacles to achieve early success.<\/p>\n

However, as TSARSI’s workforce expanded, these challenges became harder to manage. Communication and management between leaders and employees grew increasingly difficult, and unclear goals and inconsistent metrics began to impact overall results.<\/p>\n

  • Implemented a standardized framework for weekly alignment meetings<\/strong> to track execution, resolve issues, and ensure goals remain on track. Simplamo\u2019s meeting structure reduces unnecessary meetings and improves communication between U.S. and Vietnamese offices.<\/li>\n
