TSARSI’s leadership team is split between the U.S. and Vietnam, facing challenges such as geographical distance, cultural and language differences, and diverse leadership styles. Initially, the Senior Executive Board effectively navigated these obstacles to achieve early success.
However, as TSARSI’s workforce expanded, these challenges became harder to manage. Communication and management between leaders and employees grew increasingly difficult, and unclear goals and inconsistent metrics began to impact overall results.
At the start of 2024, fostering organizational cohesion and aligning the team towards a common goal of delivering the best customer service is the top priority.
Although TSARSI employs various software and tools for customer, project, and task management, the leadership has observed ongoing fragmentation, lack of cohesion, and insufficient accountability in project execution.

- Implemented a standardized framework for weekly alignment meetings to track execution, resolve issues, and ensure goals remain on track. Simplamo’s meeting structure reduces unnecessary meetings and improves communication between U.S. and Vietnamese offices.
- Utilized Simplamo’s quarterly conversation framework for efficient staff dialogues, ensuring alignment and consistency with shorter, more effective discussions.
