Simplamo pricing FAQ

1. What will my Simplamo subscription cost?

Simplamo is accessible for any team of any size. Our per-user paying model helps you with your budget: The more people are in the platform, the less money you pay!

2. Can I try Simplamo for free?

Of course! We offer a 30-day free trial for access to all features, and Community Support.

3. What is a Simplamo user?

A Simplamo user is any user that can login to your Workspace and exists in User Management Setting.

4. How are users counted towards billing?

You can add and remove users as your team changes. At the end of each monthly billing cycle, you will be billed for the following month’s subscription based on the exact number of Simplamo users you have.

5. Do you offer annual subscriptions?

Yes! For annual subscriptions, you will be billed for the tier that most closely matches with your user accounts. Annual subscriptions may benefit a discount depending on the number of users.

6. What payment options do you accept?

Monthly subscriptions are payable by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or American Express) via Paddle. Annual subscriptions can be paid via credit card, bank transfer, or checks.

7. What happens if I'm not satisfied with my Simplamo purchase?

If you’re not satisfied, we will refund after your monthly subscription ends. No questions asked.

8. What happens if I exceed the Free plan's user limit?

When you exceed the Free plan’s user limit, we’ll automatically upgrade you to a free trial of the Base plan. No payment information is required and you can cancel any time.

9. How does adding and removing members work?

Whether you’re on a monthly or yearly billing schedule, your account may be charged on a monthly basis if you make these types of changes. If you add members, your account will be charged a prorated amount based on the percentage of the billing cycle left at the time each member was added. If you removed members, your account will be credited in the same way.

10. Does Simplamo comply with SaaS software standards?

  • User data is stored on the Amazon Web Service Cloud infrastructure according to ISO 27001 standard, referring to other certificates ISO
  • User’s data is stored and uniquely identified. Only that user/organization can have access to the data
  • Simplamo platform is not able to extract user information. The platform’s mission is to ensure that the provided service runs stably to serve the needs of any business.
