The 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) were a prominent topic at the event, with detailed and practical insights shared by Mr. Kaka Le Ngoc Dang, Chapter Director and ActionCOACH Trainer. His guidance helped businesses effectively implement their strategic goals through the 4DX principles.
Initially, the speaker pointed out shortcomings in the execution process, such as:
